New telephone numbers

You can now reach us for telephone support, 24 hours 7 days a week, @ 030 2 211311.

TeledataICT has acquired as many as 30 digital telephone numbers with one lead number 030 2 211311, when dialed will put customers through to “OneContact” contact centre at all times and completely eliminates the experience of a “busy line”. All calls are also recorded and are monitored for quality assurance.

The expansion to Tamale was completed last week!

Our team of Radio Engineers completed the expansion of our network to Tamale in the Northern Region last week. This adds to five the number of expansions we completed this year to date including Mankessim, Swedru, Assin Fosu, Aflao, and Tamale.

SSL Certificate for VMS & Customer Portals

We have acquired certificates and implemented SSL on our web hosting servers to provide secure access & login to our VMS & Customer portals.

Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) is a combination of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol with the SSL/TLS protocol to provide encryption and secure identification of the server. HTTPS connections are often used for payment transactions on the World Wide Web and for sensitive transactions in corporate information systems. HTTPS should not be confused with Secure HTTP (S-HTTP) specified in RFC 2660

In December last year we announced that we were expanding our network to Assin Fosu in the Central Region and we expected to complete the project in January 2010. We did! Our wizards in the RF department did it again. Not only did we expand to Assin Fosu but we included Mankessim as well.

All our Internet, data, and voice services are now available in Mankessim & Assin Fosu including our regular Internet services for personal and business use, Cafes Club solution for Internet Cafes, Yzone Pay As You Go Internet service, Hosted VoIP PBX solution, Wide Area Network (WAN) connectivity between Mankessim, Assin Fosu and any other location on our network.
